Q3How does face registration work? Is pre-registration required?
It depends on your use case — we support both advance registration and first-time registration on the spot. Registering is easy: simply take a photo of the face using the user’s smartphone or any standard device.
Q4How is face data handled? Is privacy protected?
Yes, privacy is firmly protected. Face data is collected only with each guest’s opt-in consent, and the retention period, purpose of use, and deletion process are clearly stated in the contract and privacy policy. Everything is designed so guests can use it with peace of mind.
